General Rules for Pool and Jacuzzi

1. Access and Supervision

  • Children of all ages must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Users must follow the pool and jacuzzi operating hours.

2. Hygiene and Safety

  • Applying body creams, oils, or lotions before use is prohibited.
  • Do not use objects that could deteriorate the swimming pool or jacuzzi by example glass , sharp metals or big toys.

3. Behavior and Restrictions

  • Do not jump into the pool or jacuzzi.
  • No food or drinks allowed in the water.

4. Emergency Measures

  • In case of a storm, all users must immediately leave the pool.
  • A first aid kit is available nearby.

Fire Use Rules

  • Fires are only allowed in designated areas (e.g., grills, campfire).
  • Lighting fires near the pool, jacuzzi, or unauthorized areas is strictly forbidden.
  • The fire must never be left unattended.
  • After use, fire must be completely extinguished.

Smoking Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, including the terrace.
  • Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in the designated bins to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Footwear Rules

  • Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the house to maintain cleanliness.
  • Shoes must be left in the designated area at the entrance.
  • To ensure comfort you have available house slippers and garden slippers for outdoors.

 Responsabilities

1. Host Responsibilities

  • Service Provision – The host must provide facilities as described and ensure a safe environment.
  • Maintenance – The pool, jacuzzi, bicycles, and playground must be clean and in working condition.
  • Reservation Compliance – The host must honor confirmed bookings and notify guests of any changes.
  • Guest Support – The host should be available for questions and assistance during the stay.
  • Privacy Protection – Guests’ personal data must be handled securely in accordance with the law.

2. Guest Responsibilities

  • Rule Compliance – Guests must follow all rules regarding the pool, jacuzzi, smoking, and equipment use.
  • Child Supervision – Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety.
  • Proper Use of Facilities – Guests should use all amenities with care and avoid causing damage.
  • Cleanliness – Guests must keep the space tidy and dispose of waste in designated bins.
  • Liability for Damages – Guests are responsible for any damage caused and may be charged for repairs.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • The host is not liable for accidents or incidents resulting from improper use of the facilities.
  • Guests use all amenities at their own risk and must follow safety guidelines.

Types of Linens and Towels

  • Bed linens: Soft, hypoallergenic materials, changed before each stay.
  • Bath towels: Standard size, highly absorbent, provided for each guest.
  • Pool/Jacuzzi towels: Designated for water areas only, separate from bath towels.

Usage and Replacement Rules

  • Bath linens must not be used in the pool or jacuzzi. Special towels for these areas are provided separately.
  • We do not recommend usage of jacuzzi if you have cardiac problems.
  • Linen changes are available upon request or according to the property’s schedule for stays longer than 14 days.
  • If a towel is excessively soiled or damaged, a cleaning or replacement fee may apply.
  • To protect the environment, we encourage guests to reuse towels during their stay, if preferred.

Cancellation

1. Cancellations with Prior Notice

  • Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days before check-in without any penalties.
  • If canceled less than 14 days before check-in, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount will apply.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation.
  • Processing fees or bank charges are non-refundable.

4. Host-Initiated Cancellations

  • The host reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to rule violations or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, guests will receive a full refund, a partial refund, or an alternative accommodation option.
